Plumbing rough-must be under test required by 2006 International plumbing code

Foundation- steel/cables in (plumbing still under test)

Frame Combo- plumbing top out completed and under test, HVAC top out completed, electrical top out completed

Insulation- Before any wall covering is applied

Finals Group-All trades completed, final grade established, before any furnishings are moved in.

Other-Water lines, Sewer Lines, Setbacks, Flatwork (sidewalks, driveways etc.) Fences.
